    Don't ask Alexis Kossenko to choose between playing the flute and conducting Les Ambassadeurs ~ La Grande Écurie, an ensemble with which he has been touring the Baroque scene for over ten years. The conductor and flute player will first give his all in Bach's Brandenburg Concerto No. 4, which puts the spotlight on his instrument. Before tackling the 5th, where the harpsichord becomes a soloist, countertenor Alex Potter explores the meanders of the Nisi Dominus of an unusually dark and anxious Vivaldi. Finally, voice, traverso and strings will join forces in 'Sol da te mio dolce amore', from Orlando Furioso composed by the Red Priest in 1727.
