Tickets will not be refunded or exchanged – All purchases are definitive.

A €2 booking fee is added to the price of each ticket.(No booking fees are charged for Subscribers, Théâtre des Champs-Elysées Patrons, Sunday Morning Concerts and Un Barbier - the Opera for youth audiences).
Print you ticket(s) whenever you want, from your own personal page on Théâtre des Champs-Elysées website once payment has been confirmed, by e-mail or download them on your mobile phone.
Be sure to check that ticket(s) match your initial order.
A €8 service charge is added to the total cost of each subscription.

Under Article L 121-17 and L 121-21-8 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for distance purchases of live entertainment tickets.

At the Théâtre des Champs-Elysées box-office
From Monday to Friday 12 noon-7 pm (except public holidays) / On Sundays, two hours before the beginning of each performance.
In the hour before a performance, ticket sales for that performance TAKE PRIORITY.
5th category seats – REDUCED VISIBILITY – are on sale throughout the season from the box office only.
6th category seats – NO VISIBILITY – are on sale one hour before the performance from the box office only.
