    The Russian titan opens the Beethoven Season at the Théâtre to mark the 250th anniversary of the composer’s birth with a programme featuring the Appassionata and Opus 111, no less! The second half of the programme will consist of Liszt’s Sonata in B minor, undoubtedly one of the musician’s finest works for piano. The piano will be the star in all its guises!
