If you can’t make the performance, then sell your tickets through the Théâtre des Champs-Elysées official  E-TICKETS EXCHANGE on the website (Tickets & Information tab).

Attention : Only available for tickets booked on 2025-26 Théâtre des Champs-Elysées website

NB : Only e-tickets with full price and subscription rates can be put back for sale. A ticket can not be resold several times.
The Théâtre des Champs-Élysées does not guarantee that the ticket put on sale will be resold.

On each performance, 6 locations are dedicated to Audience members with restricted mobility. Because of the auditorium's layout and design, and to ensure easy access, please mention your requirements when you book, by phone only on +33 (0)1 49 52 50 50

WITHOUT PRIOR INFORMATION, ACCESS TO THE CONCERT HALL CANNOT BE GUARANTEED.

Note

> As the hall was built in 1913 according to the physical criteria of the time, it is recommended that tall people (+1.80 m) or those with a good build avoid choosing a seat in the following rows:
1st balcony Row N in its entirety, Rows Q,R,S,T center, Row S side / 2nd balcony Row V in its entirety.
> Theater doors open an hour before the start of the performance.
> Each spectator is greeted in the auditorium by a hostess or host who will direct him or her to the seating area determined by rank (lettering on the floor) and seat number. Tipping is no longer permitted.
> Tickets cannot be returned, refunded (especially in case of loss or theft), or exchanged.
> A MINUTAGE email reminding the start time and indicating the duration of the concert, opera or show is sent to each spectator who agrees to receive the Theatre's communication.
> Reserved seating for the day's performance is available on the left as you enter the main lobby.
> Requests for duplicates cannot be made at the last minute. Please contact the Public Relations Department beforehand.
> As part of the Vigipirate Plan still in effect, bags are visually checked at the entrance and no bulky bags, suitcases or instrument cases are allowed inside the Theatre.
> The doors of the theatre are closed at the beginning of the performance.
> Latecomers can only be placed in the theater during the intermission when it takes place.
> Children under the age of 3 are not allowed in the theatre.
