Liszt Saint François d’Assise prêchant aux oiseaux
    Sonata in B minor

Swiss-born Francesco Piemontesi is establishing his credentials among thirty-something pianists for the restraint, refinement and sophistication of his performances from the major Classical and Romantic repertoire. He is ready to take over the reins from his illustrious predecessors Arturo Benedetti-Michelangeli and Maurizio Pollini in these genres. With Schubert and Liszt, he is taking us into the very heart of repertoire in which he has achieved a unique mastery.
