This French pianist probably holds the record for the highest number of concert appearances at the Théâtre des Champs-Elysées. In tandem with the publication of his book of memoirs and reflections, he is making a return with music from his recently released recording – Chopin and Granados – and with Fauré, for whom he has long set the benchmark as a performer. This will be an emotional reunion with this pianist who is a firm favourite with French audiences.
