About
Jin Xing, is a true pioneer; as a dancer, choreographer and founder of her own company, she has succeeded in bridging the East-West divide by inviting several western choreographers to create works for the company. For these two performances in early March, the company will perform a second creation by Dutch choreographer Arthur Kuggeleyn. Wild Flowers (2018) is about headstrong vitality, which lets wild flowers flourish even on hard cement, setting colours against a pale backdrop. With its bright and strong characteristics, the piece follows a full-fledged expressionist spirit and beautifully blooms with determination. A powerful and moving show.
