About
Solo but not alone, Anne Queffélec will begin with a stroll through her favourites – Satie, Ravel and Debussy – whom she described as “a landscape rich in fantasy, dreams, secret paths, chiaroscuro and emotion”. To mix it up a little, the skilful bows of Quatuor Hanson will bring us their interpretation of a masterpiece by Haydn, a composer whose work they recorded in 2019, when astonished critics praised the subtle energy of their playing (Diapason d’or, Choc de Classica). The musicians will conclude together with Beethoven, for a pocket-sized version of Opus 58. Etienne Durantel will temporarily desert the Orchestre Philharmonique de Radio France to lend a hand.
