About
Philippe Jaroussky needs no introduction as he has been so intimately associated with the Théâtre on avenue Montaigne for twenty-five years. His perfect technical mastery allows him to bring bold and risky nuances to the most diverse types of repertoire. For many years now as a musician, he has been curious about exploring new horizons. Although his passion is early music, this evening, he has opted to play a few rare gems from the Italian cantata repertoire by Alessandro and Dominico Scarlatti, Durante, Galuppi, Porpora, and his beloved Vivaldi, of course. We can look forward to a lavish evening of music once again.
